Elaine Namour brings a wealth of experience to the Winning Matters team with her first hand success developing winning sales teams and increasing revenues for organizations year over year.

She has successfully managed sales teams for over twenty years, specializing in new account acquisition, team development, and revenue generation.

She has spent over fifteen years as a Senior Leader in the textile industry, and consistently exceeding her yearly goals, she has attended numerous incentive and award recognition trips. Additionally, with Elaine’s development and training, twenty-six individuals also earned this accomplishment during her tenure.

With Elaine’s leadership and efforts, she helped develop, launch and guide many training and sales processes. She has earned respect for her innovative sales techniques, marketing savvy, and strategic prowess.

Calvin provides an abundance of creativity and dynamic insight to the Winning Matters team with his first hand experience as a top territory seller in the industrial laundering business sector, as well as his knowledge of marketing and graphic arts.

With over 4 years experience in the textile industry as a seller and a training developer, Calvin helps companies develop value focused sales teams, as well as branding and marketing strategies to reach new customers and increase sales revenue.

Combining modern technology with the Winning Matters selling techniques, Calvin ensures that each sales team is prepared and up-to-date on the latest advancements in the field.  Much of Calvin’s efforts involve writing, researching, preparing materials for distribution, maintaining contacts, and responding to inquiries.
In addition, he also handles advertising and sales promotions that support marketing efforts.

Calvin has an outgoing, self-confident personality, and truly understands how to motivate people to succeed.
